RENEGADE + R4 POWER

Design
The R4 power cat is a fully developed and tooled 44-foot Powercat. Renowned designer Simonis Voogd designed this vessel from the ground up to provide a versatile, semi-custom platform with performance, ease of operation, longevity, and luxury in mind. Like with all of our product options, we use Vacuum infused epoxy systems sandwiched between light weigh high density core to ensure a stiff and light construction. It has been designed to withstand various sea states making it the ultimate adventure catamaran.
Living
The R4 has various layouts to suit every owner’s requirement. 2/3/4 cabin layouts are available with an option to convert one of the aft bunks to an office. The saloon comprises of a spacious galley and customizable seating configurations. The aft cockpit comprises of a large dining table and additional storage facilities. A large flybridge rounds off the living arrangements with panoramic views, large seating area, wet bar, and barbecue with custom configuration options available


Technology
A comprehensive Navionics package comes standard with all our builds and can be tailored to most reputable manufacturers. A torqeedo hybrid electric propulsion system has also been designed and adapted to this build. A venturi tunnel has been incorporated into the hulls of the vessel which assists providing additional thrust to the propellers.
Duel hydraulic steering systems, induction cooktops, washing machine etc. come standard combined with ample lithium battery capacity to cater for all the bells, whistles, and creature comforts.
Performance
Thorough consideration was given to all factors in this design and an in-depth hydrostatic analysis was preformed of this vessel to maximize the efficiency of the hulls, without compromising on interior volume.
The vessel was designed to provide versatility in various configuration, including: Efficient 30HP diesel engines for long range passages, powerful 300hp diesel engines capable of reaching speeds of up to 30kt, Waterjet configurations for efficient shallow inshore operations and hybrid electrical configurations with energy efficiency in mind, lending this design to the philosophies that we embrace in producing versatile, efficient and performance cruisers capable of traversing and operating in the most challenging areas.
